They are trying to get rid of scammers probably is the main reason this is probably happening, or a large bulk of people signing up only for 1 game.

Nah, it's happening because the perceived value of a game changes at the drop of a hat, for reasons entirely too stupid to get into here. Suffice to say that they're arbitrary, and have little real-world application.

For example, I can buy Viewtiful Joe on the GC for like, five bucks at Gamestop. The point value on Goozex increased to 150 from 100 a couple weeks back, for no good reason. And yet I can still get it at Gamestop for five bucks, and it's plentiful to boot.

The reason they're upping point values is because the userbase is growing, so they feel they can safely reduce the number of games available to brand-new members, without taking much membership hit.

Hmn. If true, that's just another reason why Goozex can suck a cock. Y'see, because that doesn't just effect new members, it effects everyone.

I can't justify being subjected to inflated game values for such a dumb reason, especially when it comes to games that I can walk into a store and buy for the cost of a McDonald's value menu without having to be subjected to Goozex's stupid matching service, or wait for a game to ship.

That's just the first thign I thought of. And yeah, if true, it's stupid.

Another reason not to feel too bad for getting a few free games. :P

Ironic thing is - I get games in better condition on Goose sex than on eBAY, when I actually DO pay. *Shrugs*

just sent out prince of persia. I don't play it anymore so even if I do get burned I am just done then. if not then rock on I have more games to get rid of too :D

got positive feedback on GTA3, so I've got 100 points and a trade again. 13 days gone and no MGS3, gonna cancel at the first chance and request it again.
