Beats me, but apparently they own RE4, since my SW LP has the same third party match.

Apparently it's not a breach in that the only drawback is youtube plastering ads on the offending videos (seemingly the profits would go to whoever owns the third party content).

I have a video of myself playing Burnout 3 with "Pick a bail of cotton" playing in the background so Youtube just advertized that mp3 on the video. I guess they take whatever opportunities they can find.

It varies from case to case. Some copyright holders will immediately have the content removed. Others just plant ads all over it and take the revenue as payment for you using their shit.

Fortunately I've only had the latter happen. The former tends to only happen when you put up music.
