I don't use Megaman or Chun-Li on a regular basis(In fact, I don't think I've ever used Chun-Li) I've never been able to get past his second form. He starts spamming his grab move.

I'm guessing someone got the idea to put more tomato on a cheese pizza in order to give the customer their moneys worth.
