^ yep I'm karragh, and stupid, and will tell you:
the whole idea is that if money is required to buy anything, then the general populace witll be much more inspired to work, therefor making more money for themselves (and their country) and since the producers and workers wan't to make more money they will make a better product and do a better job (helping the well being of the whole country)
