I used Gamestop's site to find some within 30 or 40 miles, so I can still go grab a copy if I want to go for a drive ;)

I think there was some sort of user database crash or something, because there are members that have no reason to be deleted (Sage's original account, SomeUserGuy, I think Jimmy Onestroke as well...), but all of the threads are still there. Either that or something just got fucked up along the way. Or someone got pissed. Which I could see with Sage's account, given the circumstances back then.
Anyways. I don't remember any of that, so shows how much I pay attention.
We used to get that a lot.
Now we just have to put up with idiots who act like mods and like to point out how awesome their mod abilities are at other forums, and tell 'em how to do their jobs.
I originally wrote that entire sentence out as if I was still a mod.

The only time I will buy online is if I can't find it in my city (like Hyperdimension Neptunia -- which, incidentally, I saw at EB the other day. NTSC-U version, brand new, about $5 cheaper than what I paid for the -J version), or if there's a big enough price difference to justify it. I bought Duke Nukem Forever online and paid (total) $12 for it brand new. If I were to buy it used at EB -- or anywhere I could find a cheap copy of it -- I would have been paying around $24-$28. For that big of a price difference, I'll buy online.
It also helps to have a big enough backlog that you can buy a game and not worry about when it comes in because you've still got other stuff to finish first.
Gotta go pick up the boy, and then I have to get in bed. I have an eye doctor appointment at 9:00 tomorrow morning.
:wav:
It's terrible, just leave it at that :0:
He'll probably post a trade requesting an Amiga A3000 with 128MB of RAM.
*Makes note*
They're dirt cheap, and the games look far nicer than ps2  plus it has no need for a BBA (or USB 1.1) just to use a HDD :booger:
:!!!:
Has modchip? I've never had heat issues with hardmod Xbox consoles (and I live in Oz).
I'm not saying it can't possibly be heat, but I'd open it up and look see if everything looks ok.
Many of those modchips will be a header style installation (any many consoles I've seen already have the header when still retail)......although some people bypass installing the header and just solder right onto the mainboard :dead:
Plus there should be another wire that runs to the front panel :thot:
It's been ages since I did this stuff so please forgive me if I'm vague
I just fell into a deep fryer in Duke Nukem Forever.
Like... seriously now. >.>
Sadly, I have no puns available for such an incident.
He's Duke Nukem, not Duke Fryem.
Next time, try to die by microwave.
Night, Drag~
There's one lying about somewhere.
One of the MP challenges is to kill people by microwaving them.
Fun times.
On a separate note, it kind of worries me that the autofill when I start to type "google.ca" into my address bar goes:
1. www.google.ca
2. favourite porn search term (searched on Google)
Spend morning reading complicated technical guides.
Make little to no actual progress.
You may send the hookers and blow to my apartment now.
