i sent "x-men vs street fighter" for 200 ppts, no one plays that crap anyways. disc only and in a slimline case. :P
They have officially been scammed, I am getting Paper Mario soon, and I just got Crystal Chronicles, without paying anything, that is 400 points worth of stuff, I would do more but the process is hard and they caught me a couple times. (including the gotten without cheating Megaman Zero).

this place seems pretty cool
free video games only having to pay for the shipping....now if only i had the money to cover the shipping, lol.
I have a feeling I'm not going to be getting feedback from sending out my Billy Hatcher game for the Cube. The guy I sent it to's profile says he has never logged back in to the site since registering.
It's not Googex's fault though...I should have clicked the dude's profile before I sent it. There's always the possibility that the dude might get the game and go "Oh yeah, Googex!" and log in and leave feedback.
I'm still very happy with the service :]
I swear...some people are so fucking retarded...

Feedback: I received an unplayable disc
Comment: The game disc is so horribly scratched up I can't see why it was even sent out.

Thanks for the negative feedback, jerk. That game works just fine. Not only did I test it, but it has been played many times without any problem at all. Sure, it has scratches, but you can't expect too much from a system that has been dead for almost 7 years. I bought the game used, and in the exact condition as it is now, and again, it played fine.
You got the fucking game, and it works, so stop bitching.
woot sprung! hope that fucker who i sent my game too doesn't bitch out like that.
this sucks.
fuck i missed out.Code:Insufficient credit
Dear Jon,
Goozex has received an offer for the game "(The) King of Fighters XI" (platform: PlayStation 2) and your request was first in line but could not be selected for lack of 300 Goozex points.
Please refill your account with 300 Goozex points in order to be selected when the next offer becomes available:
Buy trade credits
Buy Goozex points
I got that too. In fact, just last night I bought 5 trade credits so when I got my points from the trade I would be ready to trade again. Instead this fucktard leaves me bad feedback, and they take 100 points from me. My last 100 points. So now I have 5 trade credits and no ponts for games.
Soooooo....the only way to get games now is to pay Googex for more points. I wonder if this jackass is the brother of a Googex employee...
they should give you base for even giving them the game and the rest for positve feedback, imho.
I agree. It's too easy to leave bad feedback and take points away from someone. I sent out 2 games, paid the shipping for them, and what have I gotten from it? They took $5 from me.
Actually, $5 for the points I bought for the games I want, $5 for the extra trade points, and $5.87 in shipping.
This guy is bitching because the game I sent him has cost me $15 and it has some scratches.
I don't think you're the only one that gets shafted like that, I'm thinking it's on a regular basis. The guy that I traded with was very very very happy to have gotten positive feedback.
so sending games is dumb but recieving them is fine? fuck double standards. :strongbad:
Motherfucker got his points back too.Quote:
All video games traded on the network are covered by the Goozex Guarantee. If you receive a game that is in bad condition (ie: broken, scratched, unplayable, not the original), we ask that you provide the appropriate feedback to the seller. Goozex will refund you any points and trade credit that you have spent for the transaction.
EDIT:
What is Goozex's definition of "Playable"?
We ask that members do not list any video game that is "Broken" or cannot be played to full extent. This means that if the game is unplayable in any way please do not list it. If there are skips, pauses, etc. that interferes with the playability of a video game, Goozex considers this to be "Broken". As long as it plays perfect, you are free to list any game you please.
thing is thats only 1/2 a gaurantee, it doesn't protect the seller?
sprung gimme that guy's address, imma send some pizza's to his house :D
btw what was his username?
http://goozex.com/trading/asp/goozex...?id=4503416119
I don't remember his address...I'm not sure I can get it again now that the trade is complete.
that sucks atleast hes not the guy i sent my game to. my shipping was 75 cents did you send it priority or something?
use media mail shipping or 1st class, it's cheaper, they should tell you, and i didn't bubble them.
You might get neg feedback. Googex requires bubble envelopes. It was 1st class mail ;)
I'm not cancelling just yet. Animal Crossing was mailed to me yesterday, and (I don't know why) Goldeneye:Rogue Agent is awaiting confirmation from the seller to be mailed to me.
They better be in fucking brand new condition or I am burning the fuckers up on feedback. I deserve to have my points back...by any means necessary.
lols, it was disc only from me so... bubble woulda been pointless.
by getting caughtwhat happened? did you get penalized?
The account gets banned, and thus you cannot use that address if you got banned. By the way, I think this 100 point thing is a promotion so register today, because it might end at the end of the month towards the beginning of the next one. (You can use your neighbor's address as a loophole or instead of Street use St., or have an extra space somewhere or a small typo such as adding a character or messing up one letter of a word.
For the Billy Hatcher game:
Fine-a-fucking-ly :eyeball:Quote:
Dear John,
Congratulations! User <regis100> reported positive feedback for the game "Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg" that you recently traded.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feedback: The game I have received plays perfectly, and the condition is as I requested or better
Comment: AWESOME! Thanks! My kids will like it. I might, too. We'll see. If I ever finish Metroid Prime... Although then I need to finish Twilight Princess. And Santa is bringing Galaxy. Too many games!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have 6 trades and 100 points now.

Thanks greendayrulestc for that find!
Wow Sprung, that is so not cool. All that 6 trades and you finally got 100 points? Man.
I'm trying to get with this program, but I wish there was a way to check to see if the other person would very well "cooperate" with you. I checked out that dude you sent the game to that said it wasn't playable. On his profile he seemed fine.
I also have a question. I know when you get the game, you pay $1 US. How about when you send the game? Does that go towards your "Trading" credits? I hope not. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get a game, that go towards your Trading credits, right?
And not when you send a game?
EDIT: Actually after reading the FAQ, it does seem like each trade is one credit.
Seems ok, as they have to make a profit somehow.
So how does this work? I signed up and chose a bunch of games for the GC, because to me it looks like I'm way back in the queue for most of 'em, and it doesn't particularly matter to me which one I get. Thing is though, am I supposed to pay someone for something, and how the hell do I know when I'm due to get something anyway? This whole set-up seems really fucked IMO, and I'm not overly confident that I'll actually get anything. @_@
Well make sure that the games you chose are 100 points, and you can only get one, there is a matching system, you will get matched and the person who is matched will hopefully accept and ship it out, the only way to make sure is if the person uses delivery confirmation. So you should choose which 1 you want, or if you can't choose make them all active and whichever one is chosen first you get. Make sure it is available by looking at trading info on the game.
The system can be confusing as hell. It took me awhile to know what's going on, but greendayrulestc explained it pretty well. It's like the first one available to you, you will get that game. So make sure if you want that specific game, choose that only one in your request list, or hold off all the ones except the one you want. I chose a few games before realizing this system, and now I might get the game I'm not totally hungry for from the few I've chosen.
