My parents didn't really care, either way, though my father would ask what I was stealing whenever I told him that I would be draining bandwidth for a while, and my mother would ask me to stop so she could watch her TV shows and not have to wait for rebuffering every few seconds. Other than that, my father was the one who brought home software from work, burned himself (and, by extension, myself) a copy, and sent it back. :)
My parents doesn't care much, really. "Just don't get caught... or something".
My mom doesn't really notice and my Dad doesn't mind as long as I don't funk up my computer with junk like Kazaa. So, it's all good. ;)

Yes, my dad also always ask me to download mp3's for him, and he listen to sucky music and ...ahhhh.
He also ask me to download games, he tries them and then say: "Bah, it sucks"

I don't know what my parent's stance on the issue is, but I'd rather not find out in case they're against it (which is what my assumption is). I try not to download too often, as it hogs bandwidth, making my dad pissed. And I don't want him to see me pirating games, in case he's against it.
Hmm... I noticed that the vast majority of people posting on this thread live with their parents. Does that mean we're all kids here?
