Doesn't matter where you have the iso. You can select it from anywhere. And like Meganova said you then have to select boot cd/dvd (fast)

Well, thank you everyone in here for the help and dealing with me. I appreciate it.
Oh well..
Personally I use a PS2 pad with a PS2 to USB adapter (also works with PSX pads)
You can get converters for most console pads with no extra drivers except for rumble/dual shock support
You could of also use a PS3 pads via special drivers or a 360 wired pad (360 pads have a small issue of not being able to use both triggers at the same time but 90% of the time that is not an issue and no extra drivers are needed except for rumble support)
