Sometimes Windows won't detect the exact card, but go to: Control Panel --> System and Security --> View amount of RAM and processor speed --> Windows Experiance Index --> View and print details, and tell us what it says under "Graphics" and "Gaming Graphics".

I haven't tried another game, that's a good point, oh does it make a difference which of the USA BIOSes I use? They have slightly different dates, I got them from here. And both the Justice League ISOs were direct downloads.
I don't think the BIOS' would matter, although they are easy enough to switch if you want to try something different. The ones I use I got from here so I doubt that's your problem. It's obviously something with your graphics card or settings. Try the plugin GPU packs and see if that helps. Go here and check all that stuff out.
That isn't too bad, and I don't see it causing any issues specifically. Hmm...
Look at your Graphics cards settings (there is almost always a tool made by your card manufacturer you can download that can do that) and post a screenshot of it for us.
The BIOS almost never makes a difference, and I don't know if has made a difference with the last two releases.

Also, last ditch effort: Try changing your power settings to "High Performance". Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound --> Power Options.
Trying some plugin stuff, only one seemed relevant, that you linked to. It would be so typical if this didn't work though. My computer can run Fallout: New Vegas, but not PS2 emulation.
Here, try these. That was the PCSX2 site I linked you earlier. There are lots of plugins there, but it's a little cluttered.
Fallout is not as intensive when it comes to processor power, but that is an issue for another day.
Just thought of something: What GSdx plugin are you using? Go to Config---> Video (GS) ---> Plugin Settings...
I am using GSDX9.
Try GSdx 11 (Direct3D11), then GSdx 10 and get back to us. I honestly think this could be the issue.Quote:

Update your DirectX libraries. if that doesn't work, then your video card is not compatible with DirectX 10/11.
And it makes sense, GSnull= No graphics

Don't go to the plugin selector (Config --> Bios/Plugin selector) Go to Config --> Video (GS) --> Plugin Settings... And under "RENDERER" Choose Direct 3D11 Hardware. Sorry for the confusion
I have directx 11 installed, now what?
Did you try the games again and did you switch to the DX11 plugin? Also, keep your resolution low to start with, like 1024/768. If things start working then you can play with that all you want.
I don't see a directx 11 plugin in PCSX2.
And i just checked, I installed directx 11, but it says I'm still using 10.
