This has nothing to do with American politics, it's was originally a well meaning bill that was inflated into a mess by private industries who have politicians in their pocket and now they're pushing for it because they keep blaming piracy and went to set the entertainment back decades to the point they control everything yet again and everything is expensive as fuck. No way this is passing and even if it does, it's not going too last long once it hits places like Facebook and Google because that will be the point that drives this country into unification against a broken system not even the craziest Republican can defend.
