He can;t get SSF to run on his Celeron.
Either that or it runs, but not very well.

I'm talking about the one for the Famicom that may or may not have been developed by Square, but was never released:

Cassini works, but it's tricky.
ISO's have to be cue/bin, and you may have to mess with the settings to get it working.
For some games you have to also have the corresponding bios for that game's region.
Example: US Bios for US game
If it is, they must really hope it's going to be the greatest selling game of all time.
I mean considering the length of development and the fact there's been at least a couple "teams" that were going to finish and release it "in the next 2 years" it must be in the hole a couple hundred million by now.
