bought my dreamcast off of ebay for $25 (included shipping) ... got a feb 2000 dc, 2 sega controllers, 1 sega vmu, 1 sega jump pak, and 2 games (dead or alive 2 & sega bass fishing)
usually if you ask the seller they will tell you the manu. date, but it is like anything else on ebay.... buyer beware :)
I just ordered one of ebay for 50 bucks plus a bunch of extras. 2 memory cards, fishing controller, 4 games, lightgun, mouse, keyboard and a controller :). Made in august of 1999 :D
Wouldn't mind buying one of those for playing Skies of Arcadia :P
That's a great game. I haven't played it on DC but I do have it for the GC. There's a lot of extras in the GC version too which is nice.
