I agree, though. The games should come first. The average person buying a 300 dollar chunk of hardware like that probably has a PC to begin with. "Live" is fine. Playing games with other people? That's cool with me.
I like it more for the downloadable content, but you don't need to take it beyond that.
I agree with the dust thing, too. My Dreamcast has to be cleaned CONSTANTLY, it shows dirt and dust so easily.
I just don't need all the customization of menus, etc. And if hitting the "360 button" brings you to the menu, what if you accidentally bump it during a game?
It's in a pretty good location to chance that happening. >_<
I'll end up buying one though. I buy everything.
Even.. (yes, laugh at me) a 32X. *sigh*
Bleh, i'll put ducktape on that 360 button.
I have a 32X too, what a beast.
Playing Doom on a Sega Genesis couldn't be better. ;)
Of-topic: Did ya bought a Virtual Boy?
But that button does worry me. ><Quote:

And yes, I do in fact own a Virtual Boy. Every single US/J game for it too, 'cept the SD Gundam game. >.< It's always like 1000-1500 USD when it pops up on eBay.
Noooo way.
All I can say is that after watching that program, I feel as if I should be able to sue to get back that half hour of my life back.
Oh, and it's rather interesting that in that whole half hour show, there was approximately 7 minutes of actually...show. What a piece of shit.
I am interested in the XBox 360 though, but it's not because of that waste of time on MTV....
I saw that video and i must say whooooooooooa. It will be mine even if i have to go out and panhandle i will get the money and i will get the system haha. But seriously i think xbox 360 is gonna crush ps3 and murder what ever peice of crap system nintendo comes out with but thats just becuz it seems like a powerful system but of course a system is only as good as the games so i guess we will have to wait and see.
Here is a nice little article about the xbox 360..one question tho.. when it says xb360 will be able to stream psp files what does that mean?

I'm hoping that PS3 and whatever Nintendo's system will be will beat this shite from M$.
Well I'm hoping that I get to play some good games. Strange one that, ain't it?Quote:

- IMB PowerPC based CPU with three cores at 3.2 Ghz apiece
- 500Mhz ATI graphics processor with 10MB DRAM
- Detachable, upgradeable 20GB hard drives
- Three USB 2.0 ports
- Built-in Ethernet port
- Built-in 802.11a, b, and g Wi-Fi
- All games support16:9 widescreen, 720p and 1080i resolution (and standard definition output)
- 48Khz 16-bit audio, 32-bit processing and over 256 audio channels
That is just... amazing.. =D.
Hacking it into a PC like you said sounds a very good idea. ;)
Nice specs... but how many bits is it?!
They don't do bits anymore... that's Old School.Quote:

Of course they "do bits". It's just that it isn't an accurate way to judge the power of a console anymore. I believe it is a 64-bits machine. Not sure.
Yes... my point exactly... sure it's still bits... but it's just not a good mesure so they don't talk about it anymore.Quote:
