I did mention Avulsed on the first post. :) I haven't heard much of Mago de Oz, so that's why I didn't mention it. Guess Ill check out Dark Moor and Saratoga. I beleive Tierra Santa is from somewhere in South America, but I'm not sure. :P
I haven't heard any metal at all on the radio or TV here. It's sad that even a foreigner knows more than me about metal bands in my country. /me weeps.
Oh yeah, Angeles del Infierno(DM) and Lacrima(BM/DM) are pretty nice too.

UK and it has to be Keane, Snow Patrol and Franz Ferdinand.
Chuck Jet in there as well as I have no idea where they're from.

Tierra Santa is from Spain. Great band that, sounds like a mixture of Power Metal and Iron Maiden. :drool:

red hot chilli peppers. my favorite band of all time. one of the few bands i can listen to all day long witout a break.

well there aren't many decent bands in india...but i like:
euphoria
parikrama(they only perform live...they released an album,but it wasn't a huge hit and its hard to come by)
menwhopause(again mostly into live gigs)
shankar-ehsaan-loy(they're not exactly a band....lately their standard has been going down.probably taken too many assignments at the same time.they usually only make music for commercial movies.shankar releases solo albums though.)

linkin park is good. not as bad as everyone says they are. by the way, why does everyone say they are so bad? i personally like them. megami likes them. so whats so wrong with them?
