There is a fairly decent site <a href="http://www.emulatorium2.tk"> emulatorium2.tk</a>. It is pretty good, unfortunatly there servers are having problems so the download pool is limited, still pretty good though.

Here's my 2 cents worth. I shall edit this post as I come across more decent links...

ROMs and ISOs

Planet Emulation (This site has only good dumps of various ROMs, mostly anything other than N64 or ISOs. It is also updated regularly to keep up with MAME.)
Emulation Unlimited (Various ROMs and some PSX ISOs. They have mostly GBA and N64 ROMs. Check it out!)
EmuVortex (ALL GBA ROMs. Register with their forum to download. It's well worth it.)
MAME ROMs & CHDs (Requires BitTorrent. Updated regularly.)
ROM World SEGA CD Section (This one is self-explanatory.)
Ifrit Roms (Register with their forum to download.)
Mondemul (Has a little bit of everything. Register to get ISOs.)
Emuparadise ROMs Section (It has ISOs too.)
ROMNation (Pretty much everything, but you gotta vote for N64 and ISOs, and then you still might not even get them. Supposedly, if you send them some cash, you can get a Freedom Pass which lets you download N64 ROMs or ISOs for various systems anytime you want forever. Use this site as a last resort.)

Also, everyone give Cyberxion a big round of applause for being the one responsible for cleaning all the spam out of this thread. So PLEASE, no SPAM.

www.emuasylum.com they kinda suck only allow 120 mb a day and not as good as EP

Where can I find megaman network transmission for Gamecube?

Btw, www.Emusource.net is also quite a good rom site, but it require you to go to its irc channel to get its password.
