Ok, I don't have much of a clue what that just was, my field is really html and love for one's grandmother. I downloaded that text, and saved it in a .php file, but when I upload it to geocities I get some silly message about it not being supported, so I changed the file extension to a granny friendly .html and it let me upload it...but THEN when I went to view it, well it was all kinda ****ed up...not the kinda thing you want a granny based emulation site to look like.

I've got my digital camera ready, and my granny is getting her facial skin shaved off later on (maybe already depending on what time you read this) So I will go ahead and take the oppertunity to get some ace decapitational pics. Hope you can help.

Geocities doesn't support PHP files. However, that's really the only way I can think of doing it, as I don't believe Javascript can handle what you're requesting.

Can anyone help me with this? It's a PHP script that is supposed randomise the image in my sig.

i created a website using the dreamweaver program. however, when i preview it in a internet browser, there is a 1 cm white border around the whole site. i tried shifting everything to eliminate the white border, but nothing works. does anyone know how i can fix this?

It would all depend on the coding of the website. Likely you shoved it inside of a table and forgot to turn border to 0, like so:

Basic question, whats the command to make a URL say something as in EmuKings but how do i do that in regular html

Ok, I'm going to make a website, but, I have nothing to make it with, I dont know html or PHP, so, how could I make one?What software could I use?Plz help

EDIT:I have no money to buy software

for starters download mozilla ( www.mozilla.org ) and use the free html composer in it to get started, its the first i ever used and its very easy to use for a beginnner (after you make your page, save it as index.html)......next get an account at geocities.com and upload all your files to it including any pics you used and the index.html file.....thats the basics of making a page....

But to use that won't I need to know HTML?
