Only Isaac survives, Kendra betrays you (As expected), Whatsherface actually killed herself, and every time you saw her it was just the fake Marker wanting to get back to the planet. In the end, an engineer kills a hoard of monsters, a huge giant monster, and a meteor slams into the planet.
