I'm never on Gamestop's side. I was following their facebook post about it for awhile, lots of blasting them and then some people (mostly their employees) defending the decision. Lots of people playing armchair lawyer ofc. They deleted my first post, guess they didn't much care for the truth. Just mentioned some of my negative experiences regarding "new" games at Gamestop.

Definitely. They should cease existing. Gamecrazy is FAR better anyhow, and even they're far from perfect. But they let employees use games, then repackage them and sell them as new. That's BS. Not to mention the whole deal of used game sales. It would be ok if they didn't mark them up so damn much. Also, they flat out lie. They swore up and down that I would get a beta code when I pre-ordered BFBC2, and guess who didn't get a code? This guy. That was horseshit.

Yeah I quit buying new games at Gamestop awhile ago for a lot of reasons.

My purchasing of games looks like this.

New games released by NISA: the NISA online store.
Other new games: Amazon or K-Mart. K-Mart offers good coupons and shit. Buy a new game get a $20 gaming coupon etc...
Used games: The internet and local used stores.

The only time I check Gamestop anymore is when they run exploitable deals. And even then if you don't get there the first day it will be really picked over. They pretty much have no Gamecube selection now anywhere but you can still find interesting ps2 titles from time to time. I also will use them to buy a used game, rip it and return it. Dumbasses.

It's an XBLA/Steam game, sort of a dungeon crawler, but as you walk around the earth pops up beneath you. I'd recommend it.

Soon enough you'll be old enough to have a job. Then you can buy lots of stuff. As long as your parents don't garnish your checks for back-rent like mine did. :wacko:

They did that for my brother after he finished college. (Associate's)
So It's safe to say it'll be a little while before that happens.
