Hmm, if I remember right from my mugen gaming some years ago, Rock is a much awesomer and younger version of Terry in a way...
And I don't remember much about Hotaru, but the ferret is super cute, so...

Sig 2/5. The font isn't very nice and the "CC" looks awkward with the white shirt background. Needs a frame too.
