Got my computer back intact with all of my files and a new shiny case!!!

Once you've set it up through OE, open grabit. Under subscribed groups, there's a picture of a dog bone with my grabit written next to it. Right click, add server. Profile name can be anything, put news.virginmedia.com in the hostname section, then refresh the list. You can select between BY and Virgin.
