Ok, this is novice work compared to that. I'm laying hardwood laminate floors (I have 2 rooms done, 2 to go), I have laid ceramic tiles in the bathroom twice now. The first ones were shitty 8 inch tiles, and 6 or 8 of them busted into tiny pieces before I could even get them grouted, so I changed to the 4 inch squares to better distribute weight. I have to rip up the last room of carpet (this room) and do the hardwood in here...then I get to put up my new (year old now) computer desk.
Make sure you seal that tile grout as soon as humanly possible. If you don't it gets real gross and is a pain to clean. Trust me. I am the one that had to clean the grout in our kitchen so we could seal it. Guess what, we still haven't sealed it. Going to have to clean it again. :ugh:
