Is there feasibly enough time to do everything, I wonder? ^_^ I guess if you micromanaged everything down to a tee you might be able to max out most of the social links, but... That'd probably involve using a walkthrough on your first time through... It'd also kill a lot of the fun of replaying it. ^_^
