I'd say latter.. mainly because FO3 was one of the 3 games that gave me motion sickness and U2 is just so fun :P

I don't find Fallout 3 that bad, in that regard. My biggest problem is I hate buying games and not finishing them. So far, out of all of the games that I have for my PS3, I've only actually beaten Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Left unbeaten so far: ...
Assassin's Creed
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty: Black Ops
Fallout 3
Bad Company
Yeah, same company. And if I had been smart, I would have downloaded a demo of FO3 before I bought it, just to see if I would enjoy the gameplay or not. However, since I'm still not used to the fact that my console actually connects to the Internet (:ahhh:), I never actually think about that beforehand.
I'm gonna push through as much of FO3 as I can tonight, and I might go out and big up Uncharted tomorrow. Now, question: should I play the games in order, or are they independent storylines?
They're mostly independent storylines, although there's a few nice references to the first in the second (returning characters, etc).
But the storylines themselves are fully self contained.
You can play the first, then never touch the second and by happy with the plot of the first. You can play the second, and while a thing or two might go over your head, you'll get 99.99% of everything about the game and be quite happy with it.
Also, the first game is infinitely inferior to the second. 1 is pretty lame, 2 is one of the greatest things to come out of sony in recent years. No joke.
Also, a note to Ed:
Windows 7 is fuckawful for what I'm trying to do.
I have gotten things to occur more or less in line with how they are supposed to up to a point.
But I cannot proceed further because microsoft saw fit to disable numerous features for those of us that happen to like international games.
Seemingly to sell us on ultimate editions and the like.
But I shall let news be known upon my return to a civilized OS.
/ooh, shiny
As much as I try, I don't think I'll ever get to master that fucking YY goddamn Z.
You can't install foreign unicode sets.
At all.
If you speak english, expect your filenames to always come out a jumbled mess because your OS can't decode it.
And switching to another locale doesn't fix it because YOUR OS STILL DOESN'T HAVE THE FILES TO HANDLE THAT SHIT PROPERLY.
So unless you have a torrent of the japanese version lying about, have fun with that. :madcow:
Also, I totally do not have a media player full of broken symbols and a novel or two on the HDD that I can't read.
Nope.
:dread:
