anyone here know if I can resize an image so that some elements don't get "squished" or "blurred"? I want the text in my sig pic to be visible but I had to resize it because of the pic size limit.

Recorded? Do you mean delivery confirmation or insurance? I usually sell stuff on GTZ; I don't have to worry about getting screwed by someone on eBay that way.

Mail gets to my PO box at 9-9:30.
Anything out for delivery that doesn't get there then will arrive at 2:30 or so.

lately the mail has been getting at all kinds of times, sometimes around 10am other times like 2pm. funny thing is is the post office is right up the street.
