I finally beat Sin: Episode 1. The last boss was actually kinda cool, having me fight a giant gorilla mutant thing and a helicopter at the same time on top a skyscraper rooftop, but getting to that point was completely retarded. There was one room in the tower that I absolutely could not get by without cheating, since at every corner enemies were constantly infinitely respawning out of the ceiling, including armored enemies that took an entire clip of ammo to kill and could shoot me down with chainguns faster than I could kill them. I had to use god mode to get through.
