I assume that な isn't marking the end of the first half and they are combined together.
The first half is easy enough to read, the また confused me a bit with it's usage here, but I think I get it's use here.

The first half feels straight forward to be (let's)Talk on Skype someday.

A lot of the second half(after the music note) confuses me a bit. 今 is the topic which I understand. ほぼ同じ時間帯だし is saying nearly the same time zone, but I can't find much information on だし. Also the use of the particle と is confusing me in this context since it can be used for multiple things and I'm not grasping it.

Sorry if this is a bit long and bothersome for you. I appreciate the help though.
