It's a program that is very easy to use. It's not bad at all. snkupo recommends too.

It's 30% done tranforming Jacob's Ladder into a DVD image (as far as I know). What format file does it spit out? .iso?

It outputs files, just like on a real DVD. That's the whole point with the program :D VOBs in folders.
If you make a DVD ISO of a DVD, the ISO will contain the folders/VOBs, so you're kind of right anyways :P

How do I put the vobs and bobs and cobs onto a playable DVD? :? Just burn the files on a DVD like random data?

Yes. Make sure to not re-arrange the files/folders in any way :)
The program will also burn it to a DVD automatically for you if you do not want to put them there manually.

Watching episode 2 of Quantum Leap. Absolutely hilarious, but a bit painful to watch. I've got this thing about watching guys in awkward situations with girls in movies and TV....

Yes, my DVD also supports divx/xvid - and some other stuff as well :sick: which is why I don't use convertXtoDVD for my own stuff. I do however have some friends that do not have "new" DVD players. It is for them I use convertXtoDVD. Works nicely :). Anyways, it will not start burning before the converstion is complete, of course, Jetset.
