Last night I slept 8 hours but felt like shit when I woke up. I've felt like shit when waking up for several days now. Family complains about the same thing. It's something about the Swedish summer I think... :wacko:

I feel better sleeping less lately. If I wake up before 3 AM, I drink coffee and feel great. But if I go back to sleep I just have strange dreams and wish I hadn't. My Father has the same problem.
