Just have a listen to some of their stuff on Youtube. It's a bit annoying though because a lot of their own songs start off really well before suddenly turning into Nickelback. :\
Try Corrosion of Conformity too, you probably know of them already though. I really like "Albatross", which is great if you're into that Sabbathy kinda thing.
...that doesn't sound good...:P
Thanks for the suggesstions lads, I'll check them all out, if any of them have some harmonica in them somewhere, that'd be pretty win. :lou:
Well Lonely Train is pretty cool, not so keen on the rest of their original material. They do a decent cover of Folsom Prison Blues though.
See if you can "acquire" their Live at the Astoria CD somewhere, the tracklist sounds good but it was limited to 1000 copies or something and such is as rare as rocking horse shit.

Ridiculous. o.O And cartoons are meant to be a better alternative to gaming? I learned far more from playing RPGs as a kid than I ever did from watching crappy cartoons on TV. A story-centric RPG is really only a few steps away from a novel. Not a particularly exceptional novel, mind, but even reading a fairly poor novel will do a world more good for you than watching a show like Scooby Doo, where the same plot devices are used excessively, and where there is no semblance of character development or change.
To be fair, I read a lot more than I gamed as a kid. But I'd defend gaming as just as potentially educational as TV, provided you explore the right sort of material. ^_^ That woman seems to be basing her stereotypes of gaming on something incredibly old and outdated like Space Invaders. It's obvious that that's not going to teach you much. <_<; That's like saying all books are bad because 'The Cat in the Hat' doesn't teach you important lessons on life.
Heck if nothing else, playing games in another language has propelled me to the top of a Japanese class where the next youngest person is nine years my elder. ^_^ I guess that few kids play games in Japanese, but several of my foreign friends online have improved their English by much the same means.
Blah. <_< Just blah.
Not so much hard rock, but you can't go wrong with Stevie Ray, Ton.
Time for some coffee, then... I dunno! /gone
Synaesthete is a epically surrealist trip that may have been exemplified through my madness and I love every second of it.
If you can't play the game, you should at least listen to the OST. It's that damn awesome.

One of the things I learned from video games is that hanging out in bars and ordering huge amounts of alcohol is the way to riches and glory.
Stupid life ruining video games....
Class was boring as hell today. Good thing I am done for the week.
