Let's see, I ran a total of 4 miles, did 100 pushups, 100 mountain climbers, 50 smurf jacks (don't ask because it's a pain tactic)
Ran a whole baseball field doing war simulations, fireman carried a person who weights about 190 half the baseball field, and found 5 dollars :wacko:

You got really great stamina. I'm too much behind.
My daily workout is
2 mile running ,50 push ups, 50 pull ups. And then taekwondo practice after some other exercises and stretching.

1.) My stamina is nowhere it needs to be, I know this because I still have back pain :wacko:
2.) It's good, if you're feeling complacent, up the reps. Always helps.
