Not like to the extreme, but you could lose a few. I am somewhere between 170 and 180 at 6'0. I need to lose a few pounds.
I know, hence the desire to shake 'em. And, you should put on some muscles. Though, 6'0 and 170 is just fine. Seemingly, a LOT of people are into husky guys.
I'm not uncomfortable the way I am, but I just wanna see where I can go. I just hate exercising. It's boring.
Three more days to the one year anniversery of my wreck/my dads birthday. It certainly doesn't feel like it has been that long.
