1- Fatal Frame 2 - It turned out to be corrupted and I threw it away.

4- Final Fantasy X And IX.
I traded some stuff in at Gamespot and went ahead and pre-ordered Smash Bros. Brawl.
Long month wait, but it should be worth it.
Recently I've bought Rule Of Rose and (don't laugh :) ) Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. Liked both of them, but from RoR I was expecting much more...
I just bought Rez HD for the 360, and it is quite simply the most fun I'll have ever gotten out of $10. Simply stunning graphics combined with the best game music ever.

Project Zero 3: The Tormented (Fatal Frame). It was cheap, and I'd probably have a hard time finding it if I waited anymore to get it. Now I should finish the second one...
