That's good :wacko:. I replaced the ear pads on Gyp's headphones today. Everything that could be glued had some kind of adhesive on it :disgust:.

Third party replacements are readily available. Making it yourself for something like that would be more costly than it's worth.

Being able to source replacement parts for nearly everything weighed in heavily for my main pair. Cord, ear pads, headband, and even the drivers; though I've never heard of anyone having one fail. The only part I'm not sure about is the main assembly/shell.

didn't know you could get that stuff. I always figured you only could for top branded stuff not cheaper brands.

Depends on the headphones. I have no clue if anything aside from pads or a cord are available for the pair Gyp has. I wouldn't touch any pair that didn't at least have a replaceable cord and pads at this point.
