finished 007 Nightfire. So good, ahead of its time I reckon.
Batman Telltale Series :platinum:
One of the major plot twists as quite unbelievable for me but still, interesting game.
Fire Emblem Echoes 100%. Dont ever complete this game it'll destroy your sanity.
Megaman X4 (PS1)
Megaman X5 (PS1)
Love X5. Might hop on X6 later to try that one out next.
Dragon Fighter - Surprisingly inventive for an NES game. Burning things as a dragon is very fun.
Shatterhand - I am convinced the GOD HAND devs saw the localized story for this game and said "that's brilliant let's reuse that"
Shadowrun: Hong Kong - Gobbet is my garbage child and I will hear no bad words against her.
Dragonball Xenoverse 2 (PC).
Great fucking game.
I finished Lunar: Silver Star Story on the Sega Saturn last week. I'm not a super-huge Lunar person like many of its fans are, and have always been more fond of Grandia as far as Game Arts' RPG series go. But the Lunar games are still ones that have a lot of fond memories for me, and while I really just started the first game up recently because I wasn't feeling so great and wanted something in the background to take my mind off things, it had been so long since I last played it (2003? 2004?) that I wound up getting sucked back into the story and characters, and finished the whole thing rather rapidly. ^^;;;
The first game is also particularly significant to me, as it's... kind of the reason I'm here, and the single game that I associate most strongly with Emuparadise and my time here. ^^;;; Way back in 2003, I had just bought a CD burner and decided to see if I could download PS1 games like I could older ones. I was actually looking for Chrono Cross and Xenogears in particular, as neither game saw a PAL release. But when I initially had trouble finding either (it's so weird to me in hindsight that it was even remotely difficult to find any of this stuff online back then... :'D), I widened my search a little to look for other games that weren't released here, and eventually stumbled across a page called Gideonstuff, which hosted an FTP with, among other things, the PS1 version of Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. ^^;;;
As the FTP was down at the time, I messaged the owner on MSN Messenger, and he turned out to be incredibly nice, and a massive fan of Lunar who seemed really happy to be able to share his favourite game with someone overseas who never had the chance to play it. We quickly became good friends, and when I mentioned that I was looking for a bunch of other PS1 games, he pointed me to this page, where he sometimes posted under the name Gnafu the Great. With that in mind, it's pretty much because of Lunar that I wound up here to begin with. And though I wouldn't say it's one of my absolute favourites, given how significant this place was to me during my late teens and beyond, I don't think I can think of many games that have, whether directly or indirectly, played a more important part in my life than the first Lunar. ^^;;; So feeling awfully nostalgic and a wee bit teary eyed now, after finishing it again so many years later as a totally different person in a totally different place playing in a totally different language. I have no idea where Gnafu is or what he's up to these days, as we haven't spoken in years and years now. But wherever he is and whatever he's doing, I'm really glad we had the chance to meet all those years ago. <3
The Last of Us: Left Behind
Technobabylon (again) - Seriously recommend everything Wadjet Eye has ever done ever except maybe The Shivah and Gemini Rue if you have issues with old school LucasArts controls. High quality point and click work, and Technobabylon was their first "blockbuster" release (in terms that they had an actual recording studio and not just Dave Gilbert's bedroom). Includes mindjacking, bisexuality, hacking, and cannibalism.
Finished up Bioshock 1 in the remastered collection. Even managed to snag the plat in a single run.
Just finished Chrono Trigger for the umteempth time.
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped on the N-Sane Triology. Crash 3 still remains the easiest of the bunch. Still a great game though.
Bioshock 2. Seems I didn't get the plat in one run. Ah well, looks like one I won't get the plat on :P
finished lego indiana jones last night it was a decent game, something I might play again(if I'm really bored). much like the other lego games I've played it felt like the majority of the unlockable characters are pointless the minikits seemed more useful in this game compared to the starwars games since they unlocked secret levels(only one of which was a story level).
I might give the lego harry potter games a go after I play through the second indiana jones game.
Fire Emblem: Awakening. It was grand in the Fire Emblem sort of way - but I didn't care for the kids (one or two would've been fine, but come on...). Also way too much focus on the avatar, booo!
Forgot to post. Finished up BioShock Infinite a couple of days ago.
finished lego indiana jones 2 the other night(didn't bother 100% it) it wasn't nearly as good as the first they changed a lot of things the one really irritating things they changed was the way minikits were obtained a lot of them were only obtainable through challenges/mini games. the other thing I really didn't like is they took away the cutsecens and replaced them with dialog set with a picture type scenes.
Fire Embem Sacred Stones. Ive been meaning to dive into these games after my appreciation for this franchise grew. A great game even if everyone died heheh oops xP
I finished Crash Bandicoot 1(N. Sane Trilogy) a little while ago, though i will never finish all of its optional content.
The Magic Circle
James Urbaniak deserves an award for voicing Ish. The guy gets self-loathing egotist down to a tee. I think it misses the mark in trying to convince the player in the inherent power of game development, but it sure does succeed in encouraging game breaking fuckery. Every puzzle has so many solutions once you start gathering the right creature attributes. My favorite solution to most every problem was finding the mind worm and just owning every single creature with it.
Mighty Gunvolt Burst 3DS, Fire Emblem Binding Blade.
What a great game Inti Creates made after the initial demo of Mighty Gunvolt.
So picture a Mighty No 9 that isnt awful. Hard i know right? Look no further.
8 bit, chiptune, smooth, customization, this game offers so much more than MN9 does and offers 2 play styles on top of that. This is a must play for those who got the short end of the stick for MN9.
Naturally id play Binding Blade after Sacred Stones but wow the maps are awful. There all seize and unnecessarily large.
Binding has good moments but its outclassed by Sacred Stones and its parent game Blazing Sword. Still worth a shot just a little taxing.
Valkyrie Profile II
Odin Sphere
Dark Souls 3 (PC)
Shovel Knight
Starbound
finished PSU:Ambition of the Illumnus it's a decent sequel(though it's more like an expansion) it's fairly short if you only do story missions. I'm currently playing through it again with a cast ranger it's kinda dumb that they didn't include a free mode like they did with the first game.
I finished the story of Yonder the cloud catcher chronicles last night. I finished its :platinum: just a short while ago, making for 28 of them total now.
Dreamfarer (RPG)
Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier
Mario kart doubledash for the 6th time haha
Dying: Reborn. Honestly it was disappointingly easy and not scary at all in my opinion... if I had missed more than one trophy I wouldn't have gone through part of it again for the :platinum: :P
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky, the worst game of the whole series. Metal Gear Solid V - Ground Zeroes, kinda disappointing that Sutherland was a wasted potential in Phantom Pain, while in GZ he was good (at least for me).
7th Dragon for the DS.
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. I love that game <3
FFV Job Fiesta and FF3 Job Fiesta. I got Spellsword, Summoner, Chemist, and Ranger for FFV. I got Monk, Warrior, Black Mage, and Red Mage for FF3.
FFV started out very rough as i was stuck freelancing until i got the Water Crystal. Every now and then there were major bumps in the road but overall the game felt perfectly challenging.
Ff3 however i was in my comfort zone however due to not remembering certain tough encounters it was suprisingly hard.
Adventure in the Tower of Flight
Resident Evil 7 Main game
DLC
Ethan Must Die (Silly hard but fun figuring it out)
21 (Strangely fun but nothing like the rest of the game, it is simply a card game)
Daughters (a Prequel to the main story [Not going to spoil anything] it has two endings good and bad but it is more puzzle adventure than action)
Bedroom (Another fun puzzle adventure)
Left to do though had a quick go of, both are action adventure
Nightmare (survive waves of enemies)
Jack's 55th Birthday (bring food to jack in a limited time, enemies to be killed give out freeze time)
A bit of a late one for me as I had to wait for my birthday for this game and went on holiday shortly after so never had the chance to play the DLC, completed the main game rather fast though and unlocked all the bonus items in quick succession, a very good game kinda goes back to the original puzzle solving but with a whole new control system and view point
Distraint: Pocket pixel Horror, is one of the best games that I ever played on a mobile device.
Metroid Prime 1 and 2 via Trilogy, got the game here, even.
I was gonna try Prime 3, but then I can't find a full ISO anywhere and MEGA started to hate me. And then I came to know that EP prohibited new Nintendo uploads until 2019 and MEGA may be about to go kapoof.
What a sad day.
EDIT: Also: Freedom Planet on Steam.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, not a bad game. Easy, but not bad. A good game if you're a Digimon fan.
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer for the DS, which was just not a very good game.
