Warcraft III. Great stuff.
Zeruda (Superior version)
Castlevania Portrait of Ruin. Going through it on Sisters mode right now.
Beat the main Morrowind quest. The ending levels and events were pretty cool, though I wish Dagoth Ur was stronger. His attacks did plenty of damage, no doubt, but he didn't last long under my Daedric Wakasashi enchanted to do 55 points of frost damage per hit. :P
I had to consult a guide to figure out how to get to Tribunal. :( Bethesda FTL for not thinking that a player might install Tribunal before beating the main quest, thus not getting the significance of the assassins that attack you occasionally when you sleep. I myself assumed Uriel Septim was sending them at me cause he thought I went rougue or something (and well, I kinda did, after all :P), and ignored them.
10 minutes after reaching Mournhold, which was nowhere near as big and shiny and urban and impressive and kewl as I was expecting a capital city kept up by a God-in-residence, I was killed by a guy because I complimented his armor. ;_; Fucking Bethesda.
Finished The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess on Gamecube.
half of first dungeon in Zelda TP on GC. =D
Finished Hitman Blood Money today for Xbox 360.
Finished Tomb Raider: Legend (PC) just now. Two down in less than 12 hours.
^ Tomb Raider Legend is soooooooo easy. But it's good, a lot better than Angel of Darkness.
Just beat Paper Mario: TTYD, and Metroid Prime. I've been playing some GC games I've never got around to beating or buying.
Megaman Legends. Played it on my PSP. Sure felt great to play it again. Been ages since last time and it truly is a wonderful game.
Next up; Misadventure of Tron Bonne.
Finished Jade Empire due to being home because of illness.
Good game, though I expected it to be... dunno, better? Too much talking for preference.
Back into La-Mulana. Jesus, this game is a pain. >_> The first new area I discovered was the "water zone" (dunno the name), and since I've discovered three other new areas without making progress in exploring the water area (damn drowning!). Right now I'm in an egyptian-esque level. I got a clue to where I can get a scale or something to prevent drowning, but it said something about a rock to shine near a sacred fish or something like that, and I have no idea where that is.
Plus it said it had to be done by a "pure maiden". Haven't found that item yet!
I finished Magical Starsign earlier with 23 hours or so on the clock.
Just beat Mario Advance 4 - Super Mario Bros. 3
Maybe it's just my age showing, but I found about 80 of the 90 stages to be fairly easy. Including all the boss fights except for Bowser himself.
I just beat Resistance: Fall of Man. I also beat the third Bowser on Super Mario 64 a few days ago.
I'm currently playing MML2. In my opinion, it isn't as good as Legends mainly because it feels too linear. In Legends it really did feel like the whole island was open for you to explore. It was so awesome. MML2 completely destroyed that by having a world map and small islands with a straight road to a ruin. :\
Today I beat God of War on the God difficulty setting. Awesome stuff. Now anticipating God of War 2.
Ah, I was not interested one bit in GOW II (more of the same?). I guess now that I've seen near-final screenshots I'm mildly interested...
MML2? Yeah, it's not as good. But the reason I didn't like it as much was because it felt like it lost a lot of its humo(u)r -- they threw in a lot of drama with Roll's dad and mom and all that... And the Bonnes are barely there!! :O!
Oh, I beat PSOEI&IIP (whew!). Gonna play it on hard, I guess... Although I really wanted to play online, but now I can't even buy a Hunter's License... Pfft!
Well, yeah, there's no Episode IV on the GCN, but you never said there'd be no problem with I & II. J00 liesed! :O!
:]!Quote:
Unfortunately no. I thought that the various versions were compatible, but apparently Blue Burst throws a bit of a fit when trying to play alongside other versions, so you're still not able to connect with Blue Burst players from any other version. =( The others are all compatible with one another, but...yeah...
...
*runs*
lol fo sho they are compat, i used to play from my gc on the online server.... it was a bitch to type, so i set up some quick commands for every situation like : Your mother bought me five pounds worth of cabbage ... and the ever so popular: you know that french fag bunny?
I just finished Kingdom Hearts...it was a ok game, the thing that I disliked more was that the story actually started to be interesting almost by the end. :lol
I'm thinking of trading it for DBZ: Budokai 3 or SH3, let's see what happens...
Fer's rating: 7.5/10
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic singleplayer, tad short but great content.
Also Final Fantasy V, fantastic! Also gaming the Job System really helped out with the battles so I mostly needed only normal attacks to win fights.
Just finished off Area 51 (pc) and Neverwinter Nights... damn, that took forever... months of my life, gone...
i might start nvn2 soon
Just beat Silent Hill 4. Oddly enough, as fucking annoying as babysitting Eileen and getting chased by even more ghosts and that asshole Walter was, the second half was way better and more interesting than the first. Especially when Eileen starts getting possessed and talking to herself. I used a candle to heal her (wtf? >_>) and got the best ending when I beat the game. 7:30, 470 kills, 6.7 rank. I didn't unlock any bonuses or anything, apparently (or it just doesn't have a bonus screen), and according to the interwebs there's no UFO ending or anything like that, so fuck it, I'm not gonna go back through it again.
Overall, I'd say it's about a 7. The opening sucks, the ending sucks (You just beat down Walter underneath that corpse thingy and then... that's it? Game over? You magically appear in the apartment parking lot and everything's hunky dory? Bwah?), but the middle section, from about the first visit to Building world to the return trip (Richard Braintree was a cool character. *falls 30 feet* "Ouch, dammit." *gets up like nothing hapened* :D), it was actually a good game. I just wish they hadn't wasted all that potential with a shitty inventory, save, control, and level system. >_>
Ghosts are annoying, but just like every other SH game before it, all you have to do is run like an idiot. :P
No UFO. But if you like sexy lingerie and/or nurse uniforms, you could try and go for it, or get yourself a real girlfriend, whichever you prefer. :nod:Quote:

Actually, the opening is the best part of the game, because I say so. :|Quote:

I don't think Walter's world actually came to possess the real world -- not unless you lose the last fight. Might be Henry hallucinating in the last part or something. Y'know how it is. Silent Hill. Everything you ever come to think is wrong? Yeah...
Trion Cube (NDS), 1 time in arcade mode, 8 times in story mode. That is one short puzzle game. I downloaded it less than an hour ago.
Done and done. Eileen made that much harder than it should have been, though. I ended up cornered at the exit to the current area, fighting off two or three ghosts at once, waiting for her to catch up.
Or neither!
The opening monologue sucks balls. "One other thing.... Henry could not leave Room 302 *cue maniacal laughter*" The opening with the nightmarish room and the ghost coming out the wall was cool, though. :D
I think Henry's apartment and all the levels are in Walter's world, with Henry's windows and key-hole being mini-portals to the real world. I was just saying.. . it was so anticlimactic. You go through the motions with the spears and shit, then just mindlessly beat Walter till he dies, then he says "mom", then fade to ending. :| I want something more dramatic than a fade out, dammit! Like Walter's world falling apart or something.
Or Eileen getting ground up in that globe thingy in the middle they ripped off of 13 Ghosts. I shoulda waited for her to walk into it. She was standing in the blood at the very bottom of the steps when I killed Walter.
Beat God Of War a bit less than a week ago. Pretty damned good game, I still wonder why the hell I didn't beat it a year ago back when I purchased it... :P
cuz the sequel is comming out now :P
I saved Meryl.

Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green. It felt like I was playing an internal alpha of the game. It was shipped months before it should have been. They don't have any real excuse for it's state anyway: It's based on the Unreal engine. All they had left was to code their GUI and game-specific events, and make the content. It was fun at some points, but a lot were just agrivatingly long and boring and disjointed from the rest of the game, like the sewers and Fiddler's Green itself.
