Host > premium.
You can enter any filehost account details there (free or premium).
And look at the host settings, tick any boxes for "accepted" & "TOS"

I doubt it will ever be sophisticated enough to get past that sort of captcha.
If you read about it on the JD forums, it's the strongest captcha that exists.
