I don't even understand how people stall so much. I reckon my next lesson I should have no problems pulling away any more. Mind you, I still don't know if I'll have a feel for the pedals yet, I've been pressing them way too hard. :(

Super sleepy. :(
Just curious, what did you people learn to drive in?
I'm learning in a Peugeot 206 1.1 litre.
For those of you that don't know shit all about which car that is

With my dad I drove either a Saab 9-5 or an old Opel or something. At the driving school we drove a really nice Volvo. It had this strange key which you press into a slot and it just gets sucked in. Like a tape. So awesome. Never seen anything like that before. Oh and the parking brake was a small handle on the left side of the steering wheel. Kinda hard to describe but it felt so futuristic!
Saab 9-5! Very nice!
The car I'm learning in is over 10 years old now I think, and they can be had for around £500-1000 used so I think it's a reasonable car to learn in, since I can buy one once I have passed my test if I like the car...
Of course it's the 1.4 - 1.9 Diesel that are £500. It's like £900+ for a decent 1.1 :(
I don't know much about cars so I find it hard to say anything about their performances really. But 9-5 is nice to drive. And my parents got a pretty new Opel Vectra which also is really nice to drive.
