Because Ralin isn't really "alive" anymore, and not being matter, there is no way to kill him. Even destroying the host will simply kill you, not him Chibi. Besides, Micheal wasn't powerful enough to destroy Ralin even when Ralin had a body. Michael, aka Mikey, was though.
