It's terrible, I'll spoil it for you.

Spoiler warning:

You're hacker dude.
You attempted to attack a hotel and failed.
One of your relatives gets killed by some assassin types and you're pissed off!
Instead of... Looking into the owner(s) of the hotel where your botched hacking attempt went down
You dick around all over the city, kill some dudes, clean out the local gangs, kill off some mobsters, and other stuff leading up to....
Winding up at the hotel after being EVERYWHERE ELSE to have the 'stunning' revelation that it was the mobster that owns the hotel behind the hit.
Being the worst detective in the world you don't figure this out until the mobster spells it out for you :wacko:.

I know what it is, I remember seeing it at the first E3 like 3 years ago?, thought it looked interesting but all the delays just made me uninterested

I've been thinking about detective shows from the 80's early 90's racking my brain trying to remember the name of one I used to watch. maybe you guys can help me remember the name it stared Dick Van Dyke and his son.
