My only suggestion is to get Gif Movie Gear, add all the static images, and then set the change delay to something high. :shrug:

Oh, there you are :P

It's a variable in the Hypertext link. 'target=new' hasn't been added, so the clicked address appears in the same window.

It's possibly an option in the vBulletin Admin CP. They might have turned it off, or they don't know about it.
