DOOM.
Absolutely loved it. Can't wait to play it again to complete all the challenges & get all the collectibles etc.
Fire Emblem Path of Radiace Radiant Dawn Awakening & Fates, Hyrule Warriors Legends.
If its not obvious ive been hooked FE lately and im really glad i tried these they are fantastic.
Anyways lets talk games.
After trying the Awakening demo i was hooked and immediately got the full and holy shiz what a thrill ride.
Everything was just right and i had no complaints even though I had no idea what i was doing half the time.
This game hardly needs more words then this: Beautiful.
Fates just happened to be better than that. 3 campaigns 2 casts 1 gorgeous game.
After finally enjoying FE i went backwards and tried PoR and RD.
Let me just say I wasnt prepared for either.
PoR was brutal I didnt realize how important it was to pay attention yeah i know sounds crazy.
It took me awhile to even notice there was permadeath.
This was very much a bumpy frustrating ride but I kept wanting to play cuzz despite the loss I was having a good time.
It felt so rewarding when I would succeed so I realized thats just something you need to get used to.
Having cleared a very difficult mission with 3 or 4 characters only was definitely my highlight.
I tried not to look at the game using future features as a negative however I cant dent unskippable battles or faster speed aside from movement was a bit annoying especially on hard missions.
Aside from this I'd be willing to recommend it and I'm actually gonna play it 2 more time on Normal then Hard to play the Trial Maps.
RD was much like PoR but this time around I had a better grip on what I was doing. Much like before the cause of failures were mostly my fault for not paying attention.
I feel like this one was harder as it took longer to build up the MC in fact in PoR i maxed out Ike but didnt max Miciah as it was much harder to do.
This game fixes some of the earlier problems I mentioned but still retains a high difficulty.
I'd say this one's better though as it offers more opportunities to succeed you just gotta play yor cards right or err chess i guess.
These games are great and even though there hard they are griping and very rewarding. Worth playing at least once.
And finally lets talk about Hyrule Warriors.
Lets just say i was completely caught off guard of how good it was.
For a hack n slash game it had an actually great story and the much appreciated Zelda coat of paint made the crossover succeed.
It is indeed repetitive however its addicting and actual has some depth. The extra content poured into this version makes the experience feel complete with an extra set of toppings.
The framerate takes getting used and the bizarre difficulty curve goes from absurdly easy to massively difficult and I played all stages on Easy.
This game performs better on N3DS but its still very much playable without it. Either way you should try.
This games for Zelda fans and you'll find something to love in those heart pieces!... yeah i know bad joke.
Anyways thats all 4 now I b workin on FF8 hard type and Persona Q if i happen to do anything else I'll b back.
Just Cause III :platinum:
I just beat Ghost Trick Phantom Detective and I am depressed cause of it
Looks ilke the trophy site updated. Says 4 weeks, 2 hours. And I probably played between 10-15 a week at most, so between 42 and 62 hours?
So yeah, if you do encounters (to unlock supply points) and whatnot first, it'll probably take you less... I messed up by not doing them and grabbing a rare vehicle, so I ended up spending at least 3 flying around, trying to get them to spawn :P
Just beat Custom Robo (GCN) again... love it so much
I'm now happy with my Mass Effect Progress through all 3 games in preparation for the 4th that I have no idea if it follows on or not (don't want to know about any details of it either mind, hate spoilers :P, I just know there is one due out sometime)
Will have to check out some other backlog of games to play, too many to choose from now :/
Uncharted 4 :platinum:
Not played the other 4 yet well a fair way through the Vita game, guess I will have to actually play em :) I have the other 3 on PS3, not bothered about the HD collection
Hope you enjoyed it
Yeah it was alright. I enjoy Uncharted games :)
My only complaints are one character that I didn't like (didn't hate either, but he was just meh), a few insta-death bugs I saw (my own fault though for playing through without updating), and all the non-treasure collectibles (I would rather have 200 treasures to collect than have to worry about optional conversations, notes and journal shit). Also mp but it's pretty normal for me to hate on mp especially if the game is primarily a single player affair (or should be imo).
I've got the Vita game but have only played a little of the start iirc. Had all three original PS3 games, got the plats, then traded them for the remaster set (still got that) and got those plats too. The remasters don't have any mp stuff which is good imo, but the "extra" trophies (beyond plat) I mostly didn't worry about. They're more for hardcore players that like speedruns and stuff (I don't like speedrun trophies myself).
I beat Zelda Skyward sword a few hours ago on normal mode. Took me about 73 hours or so to finish the game. I've also gotten maybe 10min into hero mode for the game.
Genseishin Justirisers Souchaku! Chikyuu no Senshitachi for the GBA. It was rather short and easy.Like your mom.
Fallout 4 Contraptions DLC 100%
Just beat Batman for the NES.
Uncharted Golden Abyss :platinum:
Loved that game a bit tough when you don't how to handle some of the bosses
One of the best pre Gotham Knight games, my other fav was also just called Batman but that is on the old ZX spectrum (A PC remake was done in 2010 the original is a 80's game)
It's an Isometric game
if it is of interestCode:http://retrospec.sgn.net/game/batman
Uncharted 4 A Thief's End :platinum:
Best Uncharted game, best Tomb Raider game and one of the best Metal Gear games. 3 in 1
Game is amazing from beginning to end, a can't miss for every PS4 owner and a game to consider getting the console just for it. Particularly loved all the secrets and easter eggs (Crash, Guybrush, the strange relics...) and how the higher the difficulty, the more and tougher enemies appear. Looking forward the Story Mode and Coop DLCs and a Brutal mode!
Also, I wish Naughty Dog made a driving game!
I recently beaten Suikoden II for PS2. Such a gem game
What one Suikoden II is a PSX game
P.S. 1 to 4 can follow on the save from the previous game, normally to unlock extra story snips, stats tend not to take effect though 5 broke this tradition
moving from 2 to 3 you had to copy your PSX save to a PS2 memcard
Not done this for a while
Completed Resi Evil 0 and 1 remake on PS4 also done both the Revelations games (trophies I did not bother with just wanted to play em)
Was going to play the Chronicles games but they messed that up on PS4 so I can't use the PS4 version of the Wii mote (OK so I forget what you call the silly things) the calibration is lost in seconds of playing
Resi 7 teaser was also played through a few times but that has little to do with the actual game as far I as I know. (stupid dummy finger)
Playing ZOMBI now, think it was free with PS+, but only just got round to playing it, looks fun so far, a little harsh in places but fun.
Silly things = Playstation Move :P
Zero Time Dilemma (3ds)
GREAT FINALE TO A SERIES
Diablo III Reaper of Souls (PS4)
Didn't really enjoy it at all, so linear, no exploration to be done, no side missions that I was aware of, just extra pointless dungeons that were never very exciting. Blah.
Off to CEX it goes this week for the £11 they'll pay for it.
ZOMBI was fun, if a little short, had to play this twice to get the full scenes because if you die at certain parts certain scenes are skipped.
I may try and play through the original that I never did complete back in the day
On to something else for now though :D
Fire Emblem Awakening Lunatic, Perfect Dark Perfect Agent, Goldeneye 64 00 Agent, DKR, Tales of Link?
FEA on Lunatic was just awful even with DLC. Just no on this one.
My N64 stopped working so now im playin on emus re-beating my fav games.
I'd like to go on record saying I beat 00 Agent without in-game cheats this time which is awesome.
PD is so scary on Perfect Agent having to finish it again wasnt any easier than the 1st time. Oh btw i did all the extra missions on both games *shivers* oh god WAR.
Dkr is dkr fun game good times.
Table Top Racing World Tour :platinum:
Lacks some variety as far as tracks refer, but it's good fun for what it is. Easy plat but some drift events can be a pain.
I finished the storyline of Dragon Quest Heroes the World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below a couple hours ago. But there is lots of sidequests and other stuff i haven't done yet. Probably going to do a NG+ for the bonus skill points, despite the fact a few things reset when you do NG+.
I beat Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012) (I own the 2005 version but I never beat it despite getting most of the way through it.) I enjoyed the game for the most part, maybe the physics weren't exactly on par with gran turismo and the crash sequences did become annoying after a while but on the whole it made me happy to just play a racing game which I haven't done in about a year so it did the job. I liked that there was nothing in terms of a plot and hell the driver you play as in the game is completely unimportant, as it should be.
Well as of just a little while ago i finished off my last few trophies on Rayman legends(PS4) resulting in my 17th :platinum:
Metro 2033 Redux :platinum:
Nothing too special, hope Last Light is more varied.
I Hand besten DMC Devil May Cry on Hell & Hell. 2mio. Trys but finally made it
Recently my N64 passed away so in it's memory I've been playing N64 games lately.
Of the ones I've completed they are: Glover, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, Mario Golf, Bust A Move 99 alongside the previously mentioned games.
I also 99% completed Mario Golf Toadstool Tour after learning getting the Ace Difficulty mode is stupidly long. I am ok with that.
Toadstool Tour was brutal it has no relations to its predecessor aside from same developer it has it's own rules and those rules make it really difficult to play when you've played similar golf games.
Learn from me never 100% Camelot games it's never worth it.
