A little bit of both, I hate the inputs for special moves and I hate the hit confirm. And Noob is always broken, though a lot character are balanced a lot better (lol Kung Lao) in MK9.

Well, you are right, I'm still getting used to him though.
I've seen the limit of cheapness in games so far, and that would be in Tekken 6.

if you wanna use the universe bios, just get it here http://unibios.free.fr/download.html

extract it to the FBA S main folder and when a game is loaded go to dipswitches and change it.

you can save settings as default.
