Besides when I cook roasts I cook 25lb roasts, around 12kg for jase's head doesn't explode. Never go by time go by temperature I cook them to around 155ºF - 160ºF ,68ºC - 72ºC for jase.

Oh and cooked at 225ºF, around 107ºC.

Lower the temperature it's cooked at the longer it will take to cook but the more tender it will be:dread:

I fixed it, i dont know what went wrong thou, it was one KG so 60mins at 160c, but it was still really red in the middle (Red, not pink)

However, I did get that Advanced (not real) rip of I Can't Feel My Face. Epic stuff, right there. Two of the most (if not, the only) improved rappers in the game. Back in the day no-one had respect for Wayne and Juelz, but last week I was having traumatizing thoughts.
