It's not very long and doesn't really reveal anything you don't already know, I think you'll be alright.

Oh, they've tinkered alright. The balance seems a bit different. Cover is more fluid and you can bounce from one cover to the next directly, so long as they're reasonably close together.
Power recovery time is impacted by your weapons and their weight, so if you go into combat with a heavy pistol and machine pistol, you'll get a bonus to recovery.
Oh, and the game has a hit marker mechanic now, so you can audibly and visually tell that you've hit your target with weapon fire. Oh, and chargeable melee attacks which look to do around double damage with increased range. Class specific, of course. Oh, and enemies are a little better at using cover and will throw grenades or whatever they have at you. And sometimes, it'll work. Oh, and in the demo, you do a bit more damage.
:booger:
I used Tali in the vents, Jacob leading the 2nd team (the first time), Samara for the whole "CREATE A BIOTIC SHIELD HERP-DERP" section (... that one had a choice, right? The part with the insects?), Jacob leading the 2nd team (the second time), and Mordin escorting survivors. Everyone on my team was loyal 'cept Miranda. They all survived. If I remember what I read correctly, you can use Miranda as team leader for the second team the second time and she will always survive whether she's loyal or not. I didn't feel like testing it, though.
I never have Garrus in my battle team, so he got leadership duties. Every time. My battle squad is always Shepard, Miranda, *person*. Also, at the hold the line part, you want beefy characters there. Grunt, Zaeed, Garrus, Thane, etc. Kasumi, Mordin, Jack, Tali, etc are the kinds of characters you want occupied with someone else in that area. They lower the defense rating.
I think about 3 of my team members made it alive from the suicide mission.
Played it on PS3 and don't intend to play ME3 on PS3 anyway, but that means I'll have to replay ME2 on the 360. D:
So much want. :nerd:
And with that, I'm going to try and pass out.
I might actually have to set my alarm to make sure I'm awake for my 3PM shift. That's... incredibly sad. >.>
