I have everything but the one missing washer. I will be checking the hardware next week if I can it just really sucks that I have to wait that long to fix this it's also irritating that I have a garage full of tools and hardware but can't find a single plastic washer of the right size bu then again that is so my luck :lol

no those are the standoffs that go over the screws for the back plate.
I was checking newegg to see if I could possibly find replacement parts for the heatsink and I noticed a listing for the one I bought it's quite well reviewed it also has a list price of $39.99 so I got mine for a steal(even with the missing piece)
I also noticed that they changed some things on it mainly the back plate the one I have is black powder coated metal the new one is plastic the fan mounting clips are metal instead of plastic too.
