All I'm saying on the gun debate is there would be an easier time for law abiding citizens if there were no illegally purchased or owned guns floating around the US. You can bang on and on about firearm safety, or have stricter owning requirements, but all that does is alienate previous and new gun owners. It's so easy here to buy a gun, but never register it. Hell, some just leave weapons around families like it's candy. It's our problem we even need gun laws, but the way we try to remedy it is anarchistic at best. Keep fighting those gun laws, sure. But even if they never existed, when has a criminal ever let laws stop them from getting what they want? Don't beef up laws, regulate the flow of guns.
