I've been to all three in the last month, (well obviously SGP) hence only $10 left in my account. Kuala Lumpur is the best though due to it being incredibly easy to obtain weed.

Idk, its just different, like in Germany there are "quiet" hours (past 9 or 10? till like 4 in the morning) the food is so much freaking better.
