Nah it's fine, I kinda forgot about it myself. Anyway, cheers for that, I picked up Attack on Titan based on your previous post and have been enjoying it. In fact I went ahead and read the manga as well because waiting weekly for episodes was killing me.

I've actually read the entire manga of Flowers of Evil and it's pretty interesting. (although I only started really enjoying it after the plot jumps ahead a few years to the protag's high school years). I'm not entirely sure what to think about the anime completely changing the original art style, though. :wacko:

Flowers of Evil totally took me by surprise. I think it may actually be my favourite show this season. If you can handle the art and the pacing definitely check it out. I caught up with it today and episode seven was... wow. Not exaggerating, that final sequence is one of the most beautiful pieces of film I've ever seen and IMO totally justifies the decision to go with rotoscoping. I can't think of any other way they could have done that scene justice.

Not going to talk it up anymore because I know it's not for everyone, but oh my God, I love this show and I love how fucked up and uncomfortable it is to watch. There is no way it's going to be commercially successful. No way in hell.

On my day off I'm going to watch berserk the golden age Arc II

Watching Kara no Kyoukai. @_@ and something light like Dusk Maiden of Amnesia.

I'm about halfway through Psyho-pass, it's good and is following the path that I thought it would take. The villain is your typical anime looking villain.

Watching Shingeki no Kyojin at the insistence of a friend. Haven't watched much anime in a while, but this is actually super good. ^^;;;

Marathoned the three Berserk films in a row. I really hope that Black Swordsman Arc teaser at the end of the third movie was a sign of more to come.

Continuing to watch Shingeki no Kyojin. It became substantially less interesting to me when the main character was given a superpower and it crept away from the original premise of humans against completely impossible odds. But I suppose this is shounen manga, after all, and it's still pretty good. ^_^

Also watched Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki. Really, really cute movie. ^_^ Well... except for the completely unnecessary and creepy sex scene at the start, where the main character is shown having sex with her husband when he's in his wolf form. Why, Japan? D: I get that you were trying to say that she accepted him no matter how he looked, but you kind of already accomplished that when he changes in front of her and she doesn't run away. You didn't need to show anything more. In fact, you didn't even need a sex scene full stop. It was completely out of tone with the rest of the movie. :'D

If Japanimation didn't cross some sort of boundaries for their plot, the internet would cry blasphemy :wacko:
As for me, I am re-watching Candy Boy, something about today says I should do so.

I finished season 1 of Legend of the Galactic Heroes recently, I'm disappointed because I had really high hopes for it, it wasn't bad I just expected one of the best anime ever.

Anime is shitty though, so it is one of the best. :wacko:
