I got my taxes done. $5401 back from Federal, and $449 back from State.

If my wife worked, we'd have to pay. In my previous marriage, my wife worked...and every year we got less and less until finally we owed $700.

After I divorced, I got 4 grand being the only wage earner. Getting remarried and adding her son has boosted it to $5000. I'd rather be the only wage earner, and just work harder during the year to make ends meet, and then get a big tax refund. Getting it spread out over 52 weeks is useless.
