So, this company kept calling 2-3 times a day for my bro, and my dad, drunk, decided to pick up. He ended up telling them he had a car accident. They asked for his wife/fiancée/GF/whatever, and he said she was with him when it happened and that we would appreciate if they'd leave us alone for a while. We laughed so, so, so hard for a few days. Then, as we were talking, I said "Oh man, I just hope they don't call our mom...LOL". Few minutes later, while we were still LOLing, she called. I picked up and started laughing like a madman. It was unrelated, but the timing was perfect.
They sent us a letter expressing their regrets and telling us they'd give us some time to pay off his debts, etc. Few days later, my bro came back from camping. He opened it without knowing what my dad had done. We still laugh about it. Frankly, I'm surprised we never got in trouble for it. :XD:

The name of our CPA office is *my bosses name*, CPA PC. This solicitor kept calling every damn day for about a week, she never got the hint that everyone was on vacation or had stepped out :wacko: She wanted to speak to my boss, since he authorizes all payables. Eventually I told her that we fired him.

"you fired *my boss* from *my bosses name* CPA?"
"Sure did. Wasn't an easy battle, we had to bring in reinforcements from across the street"

"So yeah, after the mutiny we hired a monkey. When he's done flinging poo that computer monitor, I'm sure he'll be glad to assist you."
